Another busy week in Broomwood Primary school this week.
Nursery had a wonderful time at Smithills Farm. They had a ride on the tractor, fed the animals and even watched the cows being milked! They had much fun!
Key stage 1 had a magnificent time visiting the Bridgewater Hall to watch the Halle perform songs from The Carnival of the Animals and The Noah’s Ark story. The children joined in with singing songs and using body percussion. We were very fortunate to have this trip fully funded by school, as we felt it was an amazing opportunity for our children to experience a real live orchestra.
Loads more taking place next week too. Year 5 and Year 6 have their school funded trips to Manchester, please remember to sign the consent forms sent via text/email
